It begins with the children and ensuring they are are safe. Each generation is our hope for the future, each child precious. The problems we face are complicated by multiple issues, but by clarifing each of these we can solve all of them. Please read the mission statement for Hi TV Networks.  

Selling Innocence 

Host: William J. Wagener  

Charges against Child Protective Services (CPS) for selling children into slavery continue to recur across every state in the Union. The very thought of this violation of trust, or trafficking in children while employed as a public servant, is incredible, mind-boggling and outrageous. But what if it is true? Marketing children to the sex trade would be an attractive extra benefit of employment for the workers who, honestly, have little oversight and unchecked authority. And this would account for the many complaints and stories which seep into public view.  

And if the government has reached this level of corruption, how do we prove it, and what can honest, decent Americans do about it?  

Host William Wagener has 17 years of experience with investigating these cases. Now, he is leading a cadre of investigators, to be added to as needed, with the aim of ending the trafficking in children.

Michael Jackson's Universe

Michael Jackson erupted into our consciousness from a family already famous for its musical talents, but Michael took the excellence, innovations, and impact to a level never before experienced. As his career continued he began to use his music with video to spend a message for which the world hungered. Peace, and care for children.  

William came to Michael's attention through the coverage of the Michael Jackson Trial in Santa Maria in 2005. William was the only media outlet to dispassionately cover the courtroom events which eventually cleared Jackson of all 14 charges by unanimous verdict of the jury.  

The nightly reports were brought to Jackson's attention and provided him with hope the truth could be heard and clear him of the changes made against him. William Wagener had originally entered the courtroom persuaded of Jackson's guilt. But he listened, sitting there every day and saw he had swallowed the same lies being fed through the Main Stream Media frenzy not used to virtue or good news.  

During their last conversation, shortly before his death, Michael asked William to start the Michael Jackson Universe, to bring peace to the world and safety to children.

Cash for Kids

When kids find their way into the “Foster Care” system money starts to flow into the Agency using set of standards which includes 'special needs.' this including being racially mixed, having emotional or learning disabilities, or any one of multiple conditions which increase the worth of a child to the system. These are things you, the public need to know. 

 You are, afterall, paying for this system. In America. A major problem with Child Protective Services (CPS) and their foster caretaking and “parent” system is that they seem to think it’s a “crime to be poor”. Governor Jeb Bush fired his head of CPS for taking 4 kids away from a mechanic whose own vehicle broke down and couldn’t get to customers. 

Our show takes you through the realities of being a foster child.  

The Cash for Kids show breaks the foster system into parts, each handled separately. 

These segments will examine the causes which take parents from their children. These causes are, in many cases, driven by the struggles of parents to make enough money to care for their children themselves. Further segments will include the unfolding stories of children who are homeless with their parents due to multiple causes, including the mortgage meltdown which has destroyed millions families today, resulting in children being removed from their parents care. Their stories are moving and shocking. 

The Federal Reserve removed the market pressures to change bank’s use of rigid installments to percentage-of-income payments, as proposed to them by economists before 2008. The Fed issued 80-cent on the dollar dollars to loan out as 100-cent dollars to make up for their 19% defaults. Now the government owns 92% of the mortgages in America as the banksters sell any new loans to the feds as soon as they make them. This system has reached its limits in fascism as much as privately contracted prisons promote with donations to politicians anti-drug laws to increase occupancy among other 3-strikes laws, as crime organizations do to keep the price of their product artificially high in more ways than one.

Together, we will talk to children, parents, social workers, judges, neighbors, relatives, and others who witnesses these events.  

Once a child is removed from the home we will examine the process parents do through to reclaim their children. You will hear about visits with parents by CPS and the regimen parents undergo to regain custody. We will visit hearings in court so you can fully understand this process. What happens when it is the mother or the father only who is prone to violent rages, yet the children are taken away from both separated parents? 

The next step is understanding who foster parents are, what their motives including monetary may be for offering to care for children. On the Cash for Kids Show we will hear from both foster parents and the children given into their care. You will see how children lived, what they experience in a full range of homes. Many children are moved frequently and never have a chance to experience a stable situation. Others live with one family and may eventually be adopted. In each instance we will examine the economics of fostering for the foster family and for the fostered child.  

Then we will talk to children who have aged out of the system and the challenges they faced suddenly left without support on their 18th birthdays. Not for Profits have been started to help these abandoned young people with transitional cash and services.  

As we examine each part of the system you will be able to participate in the Show. Using the JuryVoter input to TV you will be able to judge the actions of each individual, comment and make suggestions for solutions to the problem. 

The impact of the foster system touches all of us. Its costs per child paid by taxpayers.

Refugee Children

As many as 50 million children today are refugees placed in need or orphaned by the civil unrest and wars which have descended on our world. If you placed these children in school buses bumper-to-bumper in a line they would circle 75% of the Earth’s equator. 

Our Show will begin with the origins of the wars and civil unrest which has sent survivors of this violence fleeing for their lives. All related issues will be covered, including the rise of violent anti-education groups like ISIS, customs of all impacted peoples, and the economics of each event of civil unrest or war whether in Sudan or Chicago.

Part One of each segment provides this background. Then, we will go into the problems we, as a people, face to care for these children and provide a future for them. We will meet them, their parents, caretakers, and so understand their problems to see what we can do as individuals and non-government organizations.  

You, as a JuryVoter, will then be able to speak out, ask questions, suggest solutions and take action from our online forum.

True Marriage

Marriage was, traditionally, a relationship between two people arranged by parents. The two individuals followed the customs and expectations of their cultures. This most intimate of relationships came under the control of government so laws could be written making it illegal for individuals of difference races to marry.  

As is so often the case, instead of correcting their control over the relationship of marriage, government instead used the opportunity to write a contract for their relationship over which they had little or no control, ignoring their individuals’ needs, preferences, and goals. Teenage entrepreneusses who sell “Promise Plaques” to the affianced, can tell us a thing or two. 

True Marriage provides a way for individuals to identify their need and goals and, with the assistance of a Marriage Contract Counselor, who could be their minister, rabbi, imam, or other qualified individual.  

These private contracts are legal and remove the couple from the control of the present Marriage Law system. Typically, couples who choose this form for marriage, get to know each other far better during the process as they consider every possible eventuality which awaits them in married life.

On each show, we will host a couple who are writing their contract with the assistance of a counselor and hear from them and the counselor before they start, twice during the process, and afterwards, when they sign their contract. Together, we will attend their wedding.

True Divorce

50% of marriages fail. While we hope True Marriage can change this, we need to understand what happens to the spouses and children, pets and property, when a divorce takes place under the existing system. The cost of divorce for the couple and everyone involved is shocking, Where the money ends up reveals the need for better alternatives and the problems with our legal system today.  

There is wide-spread disagreement on what happens in divorce and there are law firms which specialize in 'getting the best deal' for their clients, especially income-earners. In many states, including California, men point to marriage laws on the books which give the wife and children a large entitlement. But in fact, what is written is ignored in court where deals are cut generally favoring the party who is least ethical or has the most money.  

Family homes are very frequently lost to simply paying the cost of the divorce. The entire cost has an enormous impact on most families, very much like suffering through a natural disaster.  

We dig into the documents, the facts and confront the real issues, showing you what happened, where it happened.  

Episodes will last a month, that being necessary to dig into the meat of the stories and accommodate guests. Our first show is already in production, with letters to participants going out this week.

The Insurance Industry is a tool for spreading risk among those willing, based on the uncertainties of life brings for all of us. For each of the Shows on Missing Children's Network, we have devised mutual insurance to limit the uncertainties of life and provide real safety nets from birth to death, not pretend ones.

Imagine Marriage Insurance, providing for the disasters which disrupt our lives, for instance the birth of a disabled child who will need life-time care. Or a disabled spouse with the same needs. Mutual insurance, which is membership based and in the control of its members, can solve huge problems.  

Our host takes you through how this works, with guests who really wish they had had access to these better ideas for security.

Stealing Grandpa

Today, elderly men and women are being stolen and placed into fraudulent conservatorships by distant relatives and individuals posing as friends. Once in the conservatorship, the elderly individual is stripped of assets and often left as indigent. This same problem is faced by younger people who are left disabled but with assets.  

On the Show we will follow the cases of elderly people who have either survived this form of abuse, and hear their stories, either from them or from their relatives or friends. You will see the places they were living when this happened, hear the details as you see their faces. 

You’ll learn from their friends and relations who also experienced this shocking abuse, some in real time investigations. 

Step by step we will take you through the initiation of these crimes, confront the perpetrator, see the courtroom where the decisions were made, demand answers from the 'conservator', and ask law enforcement what they did to prevent this crime against a person whose age should have provided them with due respect and concern.

Is this a racket carried out by corrupt judicial officials in collusion and those willing to support the lies for a cut of the profit? Our Show digs into the reality of so-called social service programs, revealing the hole in the safety net you might think is bigger than the national debt. Prepare to be shocked as you hear from individuals and families struggling with a system which does not work.  

If you are homeless and call for help anywhere in the country, you will be told the waiting list for housing is from five to ten years long. If you are elderly this means you will die before you have a place to live, a truth many working for the system acknowledge.  

Step by step we take you through the reality of social services, asking questions, demanding answers, and taking our cameras into the Welfare offices around the country so you can see the reality and listen to people telling their stories. We also introduce you to the Workers there and show you the holes in the system are everywhere.  

Using the Freedom of Information Act our researchers will also show you how deep the evasions go, how agencies justify ever growing budgets when the services provided, benefit people who are not even Americans.  

Since social services are intended for American taxpayers, the lack of these, which puts vulnerable individuals at risk, must be understood and corrected. The answer is not cost. In Utah, a careful study of the economics of poverty shows that providing housing first, not last, reduces the cost of social services nearly 20%. Since 2005, Utah has dropped the number of homeless over 90% with its program, “Housing First.”

Norma Jean, author of, “From Cop to Callgirl,” is the head of the Los Angeles Chapter of Call Off Your Old Tired Ethics (COYOTE). She has also started a not-for-profit organization to provide a tool for assisting those victimized by these unjust laws.

You don't know much about they because the 2-party hacks running the Main Stream Media (MSM) ensures they get only tiny coverage, and then claims they are not viable candidates because you don't know much about them. But you can know here, and know better. You can let each of them know what you want done on issues and who you want in the 25 cabinet positions now determined by the same people every election. It is time to find solutions that work. Take any problem and consider how we can solve it. History has some forgotten precedents too, that might inform us in a modern application.

Then, think about who you know and trust who is capable to carrying out the best options agreed on. Together, we can do this online. Together, you pick a proposed half-baked solution, improve it over with others who also like it until its fully ready for others to digest, and then we critique them together. Perhaps folks will decide to use several, so everyone can choose. For an example, see a solution for affordable health care on this site.  

Health Care - Get what you want, pay less and have full control of who you see, and use a percent-of-income in the free market for ALL people to get it. Amazing what people have researched and proposed that the MSM has missed in their solely political orientations when real people know that bad things can happen to good people and they might like a way to have “finansurance” always available.  

Then, we let our Coalition Administration know what we want, which includes them working together as an alternative to the scary Two. PhoneVoter TV has had a profound effect in prior years 1992-2000. If the 2016 election gets thrown into the House of Representatives because PhoneVoters feel comfortable abandoning the top of the demopublicans’ tickets on genuine ballots, then what’s a country to do?
